First and foremost, I’d like to introduce myself as the newly elected president of MASCLA. I am the son of the late Cesar S. Ignacio and Emilia Enriquez-Ignacio of San Roque, Marikina City. A true Marikenian indeed, born in San Roque, Marikina City. Schooled at the Marikina Elementary School 1968 and Roosevelt College (San Roque) 1972.
